The Correct-Filing Guarantee
We prepare your paperwork to be accepted by the court the first time, and a California-licensed attorney reviews it before it's filed. If a filing we prepared is rejected because of something we got wrong, we make it right at our expense. Here is exactly what that means.
If the court rejects a filing we prepared
When a court rejects a filing we prepared because of an error in our preparation — a wrong caption, a missing attachment, an incorrect fee — we correct it and refile it free. You pay nothing extra for the fix.
If we can't fix it
If we can't correct the problem and get your filing accepted, we refund our platform fee in full. Filing-error refunds are zero-friction and processed within one business day.
Court costs are always at actual cost
Court filing fees and process-server fees are passed through at the actual amount charged, documented by receipts saved to your case — never marked up. If a court or server refunds a cost to us after a rejected filing, we pass that refund back to you per the actual receipts.
What this guarantee is not
This is a guarantee about the correctness of the paperwork we prepare — not about the outcome of your case. We don't promise you'll win, and we make no claims about results. The judge decides your case on its merits. Our promise is narrower and concrete: the filing will be correct, attorney-reviewed, and accepted by the court, or we fix it free and refund our fee.
